Yes, I am paneled as an in-network provider with several insurance companies. Please see the list of in-network insurance companies below. I also accept private pay or can provide a super bill for out-of-network clients. Please reach out with any insurance or billing questions; I am a big believer in therapy being accessible and affordable for all.
Yes, I have a limited number of sliding scale spaces. If you are in need of a sliding fee scale arrangement, please feel free to bring it up and we can explore your unique financial situation during the consultation.
We currently are offering 3 Groups:
Somatic Healing Through Yoga
-This group is held monthly and involves a combined approach of group talk therapy followed by somatic processing through yoga led by a certified yoga instructor. Engage in healing both body and mind as we delve into a variety of topics and themes designed to enhance wellness and mental health.
Mental Health Book Club
-Participate in a 6 session learning workshop where we focus on psychoeducation through reading. A reputed book will be selected and discussed as it relates to a specific mental health topic. Please join us for growth, learning, and discussion as a group book club.
Pet Loss and Grief Support Group
-Pets are family and the grief associated with the loss of a beloved pet is often overlooked in our society. This support group invites all who have experienced the loss of a pet and wish to join a community of support as we process the grief and honor the memory of these loved ones through discussion and rememberance.
Group start dates and availability are subject to group size.

The frequency of counseling sessions with Moonrise Counseling and Wellness will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.
